In the climactic conclusion, it was revealed that Diana (Megan Young) played a pivotal role in convincing Margaret (Rhian Ramos) to carry out the poisoning of Gustavo (Tirso Cruz III).
Viewers were left stunned when the identity of the person who removed Diana (Megan Young)’s life support while she was in a coma was unveiled. Surprisingly, it was Louie (James Graham) who took this drastic step after discovering from Margaret that it was Diana, not Andrew (Dion Ignacio), who had been involved in Gustavo’s murder.
