ABS-CBN and GMA Network’s second primetime slot gets even when ‘Can’t Buy Me Love (CBML)’ and ‘Love Before Sunrise (LBS)’ both secured equal TV ratings.

On Friday, October 27, CBML and LBS shared the same audience ratings at 7.4 percent, jointly holding the 7th position on the ratings chart according to the most recent Nielsen NUTAM People survey.
This marked the first time the two primetime series tied in TV ratings, notably different from CBML’s earlier dominance since its premiere.
Before this balanced outcome, LBS achieved a one-day victory over CBML. On Wednesday, October 25, LBS garnered a rating of 7.7 percent, surpassing CBML by 0.3 percent, following its earlier 7.4 rating.
However, CBML swiftly rebounded, reclaiming the top spot in the timeslot on Thursday, October 26. CBML achieved an 8.0 percent rating, surpassing LBS by 0.2 percent at 7.8 percent.
During the current week, the DonBelle series regained sole leadership after scoring an 8.0 percent rating on Monday, October 30, leaving LBS trailing by 1.0 percent at 7.0 percent.
Continuing its lead, on Tuesday, October 31, CBML maintained its position with another 8.0 percent rating, still leading LBS by 0.2 percent at 7.8 percent.
The question now is: can CBML prolong its winning streak, or will LBS secure another victory and take the lead in the timeslot? Only time will tell.
