The noontime competition between ‘Eat Bulaga! ‘ and ‘E.A.T.’ continued to be a closely contested ratings battle, with both shows exchanging the lead for the top spot.

According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ‘Eat Bulaga’ and ‘E.A.T.’ not only alternated in leadership but also recorded tied scores.

On Monday, November 13, ‘E.A.T.’ took the lead in the noontime race with a rating of 4.1 percent, surpassing ‘Eat Bulaga! ‘ by 0.4 percent, which had a rating of 3.7 percent.

The following day, Tuesday, November 14, Eat Bulaga reclaimed the lead with a rating of 4.3 percent, surpassing E.A.T.’s 4.1 percent by 0.2 percent.

Midweek on Wednesday, November 15, both rival noontime shows scored evenly, each registering a 4.1 percent rating.

However, E.A.T. reclaimed the top spot on Thursday, November 16, securing a 4.0 percent rating against Eat Bulaga! It’s 3.6 percent.

Despite the intense competition between Eat Bulaga! and E.A.T., the Kapamilya noontime show, ‘It’s Showtime,’ remained lagging behind in third place, partly due to its reduced airtime on GTV for NCAA broadcast.

On Monday, November 13, It’s Showtime posted a rating of 2.1 percent, followed by an increase of 0.5 percent to 2.6 percent on Tuesday, November 14.

On Wednesday, November 15, It’s Showtime improved further, adding 0.1 percent to reach 2.7 percent. However, on Thursday, November 16, it recorded a slight decrease of 0.2 percent, settling at 2.5 percent.

Given It’s Showtime’s current limited TV reach, the noontime race is likely to continue to be a tightly contested battle between the two frontrunners. Eat Bulaga! and E.A.T.
