On December 13, Net25 Star Center Artist Management head Eric Quizon voiced his opinion on love teams.

At the media event for ‘Road to StarKada,’ which LionhearTV covered, Quizon acknowledged the success of the Love Team formula for the Filipino audience.

As for the StarKadas, he noted that they would eventually introduce love teams but wanted to focus on the solo careers of the young artists first.

“Dito sa Star Center, yes we will do that, pero ngayon hindi pa namin– at this point, gusto lang namin na they become individuals muna. To be known, individually, kaysa sa pair or tandem.

‘Road to StarKada’ follows the showbiz journey of 33 hopefuls undergoing workshops in acting, dancing, voice, make-up and styling, speech, branding, and personality development under the mentorship of showbiz industry professionals and experts. They would also get the chance to interact with live audiences through mall shows and campus tours.

The StarKadas include 33 young stars with Aaron Gonzalez, Arwen Cruz, Bo Bautista, Celyn David, Chelsea Bon, Crissie Mathay, Dana Davids, David Racelis, Drei Arias, Enrico Cruz, Gera Suarez, Gia Gonzales, Jam Aquino, Jannah Madrid, John Heindrick, Juan Atienza, Kanishia Santos, Marco Ramos, Migs Rubia, Mischka Mathay, Miyuki de Leon, Nate Reyes, Nicky Gilbert, Ornella Brianna, Patrick Roxas, Rachel Gabreza, Shira Tweg, Sofi Fermazi, Tim Figueroa, Via Lorica, Victoria Wood, Yvan Castro, and Zach Francisco.

‘Road to StarKada’ airs on December 18 with episodes from Monday to Friday, 5:30 pm on Net25.
