Talent manager and television host Boy Abunda has officially confirmed the breakup between popular personalities Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque during a recent segment of his talk show, ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.’
Expressing his regret over the news, Abunda revealed the couple’s separation, stating that it came as a surprise to him, considering his close relationship with both Bea and Dominic. He disclosed that their discussions often revolved around their future plans, including marriage, indicating the depth of their bond.
“Madalas kapag nagkikita kami ni Bea ay nagkakakwentuhan po kami tungkol sa buhay, their marriage plans, so I was shocked. Tama si Ogie Diaz po, yung kanyang balitang hiwalay na. As we talked today, yes, hiwalay na po si Dominic at si Bea,” Abunda stated during the show.
According to insider information, while Dominic Roque may be attempting to mend their relationship, the couple is currently on a break. They recently engaged in a conversation to address their situation, but as of now, there is no definitive status between them. Additionally, Bea Alonzo has reportedly returned the engagement ring to Dominic.
“Yes, I am confirming that hiwalay na sila ngayon at last night or two nights ago, nag-usap ang dalawa [Bea at Dom]. Ano ang status? Wala. I think kung tama ang aking source, isinauli na ni Bea ang engagement ring.”
Abunda addressed rumors circulating about the breakup, particularly speculation regarding a prenuptial agreement. He clarified that discussions about such an agreement took place several months ago and that Dominic had volunteered the idea to Bea’s mother, suggesting it was not a contentious issue for him.
Furthermore, Abunda debunked other rumors, stating that there was no truth to claims of an impending April wedding or a planned venue in Tagaytay.
