Actor Paulo Avelino has emphasized the importance of taking things slow with co-star Kim Chiu, especially in light of her recent breakup.
Speaking in a recent interview with an entertainment website, Avelino acknowledged the enthusiasm of fans who wish to see them together in real life but urged for patience and understanding.
“I get where they’re coming from, like, when you see people on screen that you want to work, I would ship them as well but… hinay-hinay lang,” Avelino remarked.
He added, “Kim just came from a relationship, so let’s allow people to enjoy and give them time to explore a bit more.”
