Asia’s Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose is currently thriving in both her singing and acting careers, drawing significant inspiration from her boyfriend, Rayver Cruz.
In a recent interview on ’24 Oras,’ Julie Anne revealed how well their personalities align, to the point where she sees herself in Rayver. “Hindi ko nga alam kung bakit ‘di kami nag-aaway, e. Si Ray kasi parang ako siya or if I look in the mirror I see Ray. Para akong nakahanap ng katapat ko or nakahanap ako ng kapareho ko,” she shared.
When asked about potential marriage plans, Julie Anne confirmed that the topic has come up between them. “Of course, we really do talk about it. Marami pa kaming mga pangarap individually but of course being together, we also want to achieve those dreams together. Right now, we’re just not forcing things to happen and we’re not really rushing,” she explained.
Julie Anne emphasized that her ultimate goal is to be with someone she loves, and she sees Rayver as that person. “Ako naman kasi I’m the kind of person na kung sino man ‘yung ka-relationship ko or kung sino man ‘yung other half ko, siyempre ‘yun ‘yung goal ko na gusto ko siya na talaga,” she added.
Rayver Cruz had previously expressed on ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’ that Julie Anne is the woman he envisions marrying. “Para sa akin kasi, Tito Boy, everything happens for a reason, e, and Siya lang ang nakakaalam noon sa itaas. Para sa akin kasi yung river of hope ko, yung lakas ng loob ko ay nanggagaling kay Julie. So iniisip ko, may rason kung bakit si Julie, magkasama kami sa Holy Land. And for me, mind, body, and soul, kasal na ako sa kaniya,” Rayver had said.
Before returning as a coach on ‘The Voice Kids,’ Julie Anne is also preparing for her first concert with Stell, titled ‘Julie X Stell: Ang Ating Tinig,’ set to take place at the New Frontier Theater on July 27 and 28. Additionally, she has a special role in GMA Network’s highly-anticipated family drama ‘Pulang Araw,’ where she will portray a Bodabil star named Katy Dela Cruz.
