Kapamilya stars made a striking impression at the GMA Gala 2024, held on the evening of July 20 at the Marriott Hotel in Pasay City.
Among the prominent attendees were ‘It’s Showtime’ hosts Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Ryan Bang, Darren Espanto, Cianne Dominguez, and Ogie Alcasid.
Their presence highlighted the ongoing collaboration between the two major networks.
Also in attendance were Kapamilya star Enchong Dee and key ABS-CBN executives, including Chairperson Mark Lopez, CEO Carlo Katigbak, and COO for Broadcast Cory Vidanes.
The gala underscored the deepening partnership between ABS-CBN and GMA Network, recently celebrated with the announcement of their upcoming film ‘Hello, Love, Again,’ a sequel to the successful ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye,’ starring Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards.
Earlier this year, the networks made headlines with the historic agreement for ‘It’s Showtime’ to be broadcast on GMA’s afternoon slot. This partnership marks a significant step in the networks’ collaborative efforts.
Last year’s GMA Gala also saw Kapamilya star Joshua Garcia attending during the airing of the ABS-CBN and GMA collaboration “Unbreak My Heart,” showcasing the continued synergy between the two networks.
