Starting November 4, Cristy Fermin’s radio show ‘Cristy Ferminute,’ co-hosted with Romel Chika, will air on a new frequency, moving from 92.3 to 105.9 FM in Mega Manila.

The shift was confirmed by Fermin during the show, with the host announcing that the change affects all True FM programs.

“Simula po sa Lunes, November 4, ang atin pong programa at iba pang mga programa ng ating radyo ay mapapakinggan n’yo na po sa True FM 105.9 sa Mega Manila. Kakalimutan na po natin ang 92.3 magbabago na po tayo talapihitan 105.9,” Fermin shared with fans.

True FM’s updated frequencies also cover 106.7 in Davao, 101.9 in Cebu, 101.5 in Cagayan de Oro, 99.9 in Ormoc, and 104.7 in Tacloban, expanding its reach across the Philippines.

The frequency move follows the sale of Nation Broadcasting Corporation’s (NBC) 92.3 MHz frequency to Philippine Collective Media Corporation (PCMC), which plans to relaunch the channel as Favorite Music Radio (FMR).

NBC, part of Manny V. Pangilinan’s TV5 network, will transfer all programming, including ‘Wanted sa Radyo,’ ‘Ted Failon and DJ Chacha,’ and ‘Cristy Ferminute,’ to 105.9 FM under the newly branded True FM.

Additionally, NBC announced the launch of True TV, a new TV channel that will be available on Cignal TV’s Channel 19. NBC General Manager Raul M. Dela Cruz described the transformation as a strategic move toward building a “cohesive media presence” across radio, TV, and digital platforms, focusing on “truthful, authentic, and trustworthy storytelling.”
