Spotify has brought ‘This is Taylor Swift: A Spotify Playlist Experience’ to Manila. From February 21 to 24 at Metro Manila, Swifties in the Philippines who have registered for the event can immerse themselves in interactive installations, stepping into the ‘Mastermind’ of Taylor Swift’s 11 iconic musical eras.
“Taylor Swift’s music shapes culture, sparks connection, and has set numerous worldwide records on Spotify. In the Philippines, her growth has been phenomenal, driven by the unstoppable energy of Filipino Swifties,” said Spotify’s Head of Music Southeast Asia, Kossy Ng. “That’s why we’re excited to bring ‘This Is Taylor Swift: A Spotify Playlist Experience’ to Manila, celebrating her iconic musical eras with the fans who live and breathe her music.”
Spotify data further underscores Taylor Swift’s influence in the Philippines. The Philippines is her second biggest global streaming market, with streams of ‘This Is Taylor Swift’ surging 150% in the past three years. Some of Taylor’s top-streamed songs in the country are “Cruel Summer” (#1), “Lover” (#2), “Fortnight (ft. Post Malone)” (#3), “august,” (#4), and “cardigan” (#5), while Quezon City, Manila, Cebu City, Caloocan and Davao City rank as the top cities in the Philippines streaming her music. This highlights the deep connection Swifties across the country have with her music and storytelling.
Manila is the second Asian city to host ‘This Is Taylor Swift. A Spotify Playlist Experience,’ following its debut in Jakarta on February 14-17. The experience will head to Seoul in the coming weeks.

Step into Taylor Swift’s creative process in This Is Me Writing, a room where her lyrics cascade from ceiling to floor in a stunning light projection. Surrounded by her poetic brilliance, fans can feel the magic of her songwriting. Swifties will also have the chance to share their favorite Taylor Swift lyric from the Spotify app to redeem special swag.
