BINI member Aiah Arceta has spoken out regarding the dating rumors circulating about her, urging fans and netizens to be more mindful and kind when speculating about her personal life.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the P-pop idol acknowledged the buzz surrounding her, particularly after she was spotted at a PBA semifinals game between the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters and TNT Tropang Giga on March 5 at the Araneta Coliseum.
“I am aware of what has been happening lately, and honestly, it’s interesting to see how it has become such a big deal for some, along with the multiple theories circulating about it,” Aiah wrote.
She also expressed sadness over the false rumors linking her to various individuals.
“Almost everyone I hang out with or surround myself with gets linked, no matter who they are—whether it’s a friend, a superior, or even a relative—which I find unfortunate,” she added.
While Aiah did not explicitly confirm or deny any relationship, she defended her close friends and acquaintances, who she believes do not deserve online ridicule.
“This time, it pains me to see that the people who make me feel safe, calm, and normal, and those who contribute to my happiness, are being ridiculed and made fun of online,” she shared. “There are so many sides and truths that people don’t see, and I just hope we can all be kind to one another because kindness is free, and we all need it.”
Hey hey hey, everybody! First of all, breathe. Inhale the good, exhale the bad. ♀️

Aiah’s statement comes after Rain or Shine player Caelan Tiongson was asked about his rumored connection with the P-pop star.
The Filipino-American cager previously addressed the matter, saying he met Aiah through a mutual friend at church.
“Like I said before, I met Aiah through a mutual friend, and all I’m going to say is that she’s a really great person,” Caelan said in an interview. “But I’m not gonna speak on her personal life anymore than that.”
Meanwhile, Rain or Shine coach Charles Tiu also teased Caelan on Instagram, leaving a comment that simply said “BINI” under one of the player’s posts. Caelan, seemingly aware of the speculations, responded humorously, “Not you, too!!”
Following Aiah’s post, netizens and fans expressed mixed reactions, with some supporting her call for privacy and respect, while others continued to speculate about her rumored romance.
While neither Aiah nor Caelan confirmed any romantic relationship, the pop star’s message emphasized her hope for people to focus on positivity rather than gossip.
