Former actress Jackie Forster has finally broken her silence on the much-talked-about breakup between her son, Kobe Paras, and Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara — and she’s not holding back.
In a nearly 15-minute video uploaded to her Instagram account on Sunday night (April 27), Jackie laid down a series of explosive revelations, confirming that Kobe and Kyline have officially called it quits and firmly denying rumors that her son cheated.
According to Jackie, much of the controversy could have been avoided if not for an alleged request from Kyline’s camp to Kobe’s father, Benjie Paras, asking him to tell the public that the two were still together.
“So much of this mess could have been avoided if people on Kyline’s team didn’t ask Benjie to tell the public that they were still okay. Why couldn’t they admit it? Because of contracts,” she said.
Jackie traced the beginning of the couple’s issues to their trip to the U.S. in January, claiming that “red flags” started appearing shortly after.
“With everything that I’ve gathered from multiple people, I think sometime after the U.S. trip in January, some things were said and done that were clear red flags,” Jackie revealed. She added that Kobe tried to make the relationship work, despite subsequent negative encounters with Kyline’s parents.
Eventually, however, Jackie said Kobe decided to leave — a decision prompted by what she described as “unforgivable” actions toward him. She shared that Kobe’s brother, Andre Paras, even helped him move out of Kyline’s residence.
Jackie also expressed confusion as to why Kyline’s side allegedly allowed Kobe to be painted as the “villain,” when in reality, there was no third party involved in the breakup.
“You’re allowing Kobe to be painted as the villain. All because he didn’t want to be with you anymore,” she said.
Another major revelation was Jackie’s claim that Kyline had physically assaulted Kobe during one of their arguments — specifically, when Kyline reportedly tried to grab Kobe’s phone, despite already having his password.
“He was already distant. You’re grabbing his phone and you physically assaulted him in a manner that was provoking. Why would you do that?” Jackie asked. “I don’t think I’ve ever spanked him as a mother, so to me, it’s very distressing.”
Jackie also pointed out that it was Kyline who initially invited Kobe to live at her place while he was waiting to finalize the purchase of his own condo. Despite his efforts to make the situation work, Jackie said Kobe faced belittlement from Kyline and her family — something she described as the “toxicity” her son had been referring to.
In a final warning, Jackie said that while she would prefer to leave incriminating details private, she’s ready to release more evidence if necessary.
“I will leave the many incriminating stories of why Kobe found it incredibly difficult to trust you between the both of you. Unless you make it necessary for me to do it in the future. And I’m praying that doesn’t happen,” she concluded.
Jackie’s video followed a series of cryptic posts hinting at manipulation and self-care, which sparked online speculation that she was throwing shade at Kyline.
As of this writing, Kyline Alcantara and her camp have yet to issue a statement regarding Jackie Forster’s allegations.
LionhearTV remains open to publishing Kyline’s side should she choose to respond.
