Filipina beauty queen Kylie Verzosa publicly called out Miss Grand International (MGI) president Nawat Itsaragrisil after he allegedly posted her personal number online.

In an Instagram Story shared on Thursday, May 29, the Miss International 2016 titleholder said she had already reached out to Itsaragrisil and his team, requesting the immediate removal of the post.
“Hi @nawat.tv, I sent you and your team a message. You accidentally posted the wrong number that happens to be mine. I don’t know how it ended up there or why you have it, but I am getting bothered by calls at the minute. Please take it down,” Verzosa wrote.
Itsaragrisil responded hours later, also through Instagram Story, apologizing to Verzosa and claiming the mistake was unintentional.
“Hi, I deleted it already. Someone sent to ask me and I just saw the name and reply to my [Instagram] story. I do apologize again,” he said.
While the exact post containing Verzosa’s number remains unclear, observers speculate it may have been inadvertently included in a screenshot shared by the MGI founder. The post in question involved a document related to dethroned Miss Grand International 2024 Rachel Gupta, which appeared to contain a contact number with the Philippines’ area code.
The document, along with other materials—including Gupta’s airline tickets and alleged housing photos—was part of a series of Instagram Stories uploaded by Itsaragrisil to defend the MGI organization’s position on Gupta’s dethronement.
Among the revelations, Itsaragrisil claimed Gupta had “multiple violations of protocol and contract,” including allegedly skipping a scheduled trip to Guatemala and taking on outside projects without prior approval.
He also disputed Gupta’s claims about being housed in substandard accommodations in Bangkok. In response, he shared a video of a two-storey home, captioning: “She stay in this house, during she was in Bangkok. Are you sure it is small for you?”
Gupta, meanwhile, alleged she had to fund her own food and supplies and claimed her monthly stipend was only issued once. She has stated that her decision to step down was due to “broken promises, mistreatment, and a toxic environment.”
Gupta’s dethronement has paved the way for the Philippines’ CJ Opiaza, who was originally named first runner-up, to assume the Miss Grand International 2024 title. Opiaza is expected to be crowned on June 3, as hinted by Nawat in a recent post.
As of writing, Kylie Verzosa’s number has been removed, but the incident has raised renewed concerns over data privacy and accountability within pageant organizations.
