Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes marked his 45th birthday with an unforgettable surprise from GMA Network during the GMA Gala 2025, which also coincided with the network’s 75th anniversary on August 2.
At the grand event, the Philharmonic Orchestra performed a special tribute in his honor—an unexpected gesture that left the actor deeply touched.
“To celebrate my 45th on the same night as GMA’s 75th anniversary — my home for over half my life — was already beyond anything I could’ve imagined,” Dingdong wrote on Instagram.
“But to be welcomed with a stirring tribute from the Philharmonic Orchestra? That was majestic. A once-in-a-lifetime moment, shared with the very people who’ve witnessed my journey in this craft I love.”
Dingdong went on to express appreciation for his home network.
“I carry deep gratitude for this unforgettable experience under the roof of the network that has shaped so much of who I am,” he said.
