Meray Yamada, the man widely speculated by netizens to be the father of celebrity vlogger Bea Borres’ unborn child, has broken his silence following Borres’ public announcement that she is pregnant.

Borres, who confirmed her pregnancy in a recent online post, did not name the father, prompting curious followers to dig into her past relationships.
Internet sleuths quickly linked Yamada, her ex-boyfriend, to the news. His social media posts were soon flooded with comments after the story broke.
While a comment he made on TikTok has since been deleted, screenshots captured by netizens reveal Yamada addressing the situation directly.
“Things may not have worked between Bea and I, but I never said I didn’t want to be there for our baby,” Yamada wrote. “I may not have handled our situation the best as of late, but walking away has never been an option for me. I’m here. And I’m going to do whatever it takes to be the best father I can be.”
In the same statement, Yamada appeared to confirm the baby’s gender—something Borres had yet to reveal in her own planned vlog.
“My daughter deserves nothing but the best and I will work every day to give her the life, love, and support she deserves. I will do better,” he continued. “For as long as I am accepted into our child’s life, ready or not, I will answer the call with my whole heart.”
Yamada concluded his message by requesting privacy for himself and Borres as they navigate the pregnancy and their personal situation.
“I hope and ask that we are given the privacy necessary to navigate our situation, most especially the journey of Bea’s pregnancy, as smoothly as possible,” he said.
Borres has previously said she has no plans for co-parenting arrangements, though she has not issued a public response to Yamada’s statement.
