After winning fans in the hit digital series ‘Safe Skies, Archer’, Jerome Ponce and Krissha Viaje—dubbed the KrisshRome love team—make their free-TV debut via TV5’s light fantasy-drama ‘Para Sa Isa’t Isa’, premiering September 13 (Saturday) at 5:30 p.m. on Weekend Trip, with a same-day 8:00 p.m. airing on Sari-Sari Channel.

At the grand media conference, Viaje said there are moments that make their pairing feel destined: “I think there is a reason why magkasama kami ngayon, there is a reason why… we were put on this project together and also nung magkakilala kami to work sa ‘SSA’ [Safe Skies, Archer]… So, I think, we’re for each other. Para sa isa’t isa.”
Ponce echoed the sentiment—while laughing at their director’s teasing. “Meron naman [na moments], pero sabi ni Direk [Easy Ferrer], all the time,” he joked. He also admitted the two still have the occasional tiff: “Siyempre may mga tampuhan din naman kami… kapag nagtatampuhan mapi-feel mo ulit ’yon na para sa isa’t isa.”

‘Para Sa Isa’t Isa’ follows Zion Magtibay (Ponce) and Erin Revina (Viaje), former high-school rivals turned lovers who marry and later separate after a decade. Desperate to fix what went wrong, Zion makes a wish at a magical well—then wakes up 10 years earlier with a second chance to change everything.
Ponce said the reunion project digs deeper than their first team-up: “Here, we’re more into drama—the director really brought out the heaviness of the scenes… it’s drawn from real experiences.” Viaje added that their chemistry “matured” for this series: “This time, it matured because the audience has to see us as a married couple.”
Director Easy Ferrer revealed the concept has been with him since 2013. “For me, this is the perfect time to present it because people are always longing for the past… We always want to preserve happiness by going back in time,” he said, promising a weekly hook that keeps viewers returning.
Joining Ponce and Viaje are Paulo Angeles, Kelley Day, Vandolph Quizon, Francis Magundayao, Andrea del Rosario, Anna Luna, and Bobby Andrews, with rising teens Xia Vigor and Charles Law introducing the fresh tandem XiaLes. The series is produced by MavenPro and Sari-Sari Network, Inc.

‘Para Sa Isa’t Isa’ airs Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. on TV5 (Weekend Trip) with a same-day 8:00 p.m. telecast on Sari-Sari Channel. (with reports from Loyd Pino)
