Vice Ganda dares Pres. Bongbong Marcos Jr. to jail corrupt officials: ‘Ipakulong mo lahat ng magnanakaw!’

Phenomenal Box Office Star Vice Ganda directly challenged President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. to prove his leadership by putting corrupt government officials behind bars in a fiery speech during Sunday’s anti-corruption rally.

“Kaya hinahamon ka namin, Pangulong Bongbong Marcos, kung gusto mong magkaroon ng magandang legasiya ang pangalan mo, ipakulong mo ang lahat ng magnanakaw,” Vice declared onstage before thousands of rallyists.

The comedian-TV host stressed that Filipinos will be watching the administration’s actions closely.

Vice then delivered a blistering tirade against corrupt politicians and officials implicated in anomalous flood-control projects.

“Nakatingin kami sa inyo, ipakulong lahat, lahat ipakulong. Bawiin ang ari-arian! Pati atay i-donate, pati mata i-donate, walang ititira… Vice exclaimed, drawing loud cheers from the crowd.

He also took aim at the culture of silence and misplaced “resiliency” among Filipinos.

Vice ended his speech by saluting ordinary Filipinos who, he said, were the real victims of corruption. “Mabuhay kayong mga kapwang Pilipinong nanakawan ng gobyerno,” he said, before cursing those who allegedly looted public funds: “Mga nagtatago ng magnanakaw, isa lang ang gusto kong sabihin sa inyong lahat — patawad kay Father — pero ptngn ninyo!”

The ‘It’s Showtime’ host joined fellow celebrities Anne Curtis, Iza Calzado, and Catriona Gray who also expressed their solidarity with protesters in denouncing systemic corruption in government.
