Social media personality and singer Issa Pressman is once again at the center of online buzz after reportedly losing nearly 200,000 Instagram followers in just a few days.

From around 745,000 followers, Issa’s count has dropped to approximately 545,000, according to observant netizens who have been closely tracking her social media activity.
Many online users speculate that the sudden drop in followers came after James Reid’s recent social media remarks hinting that his ex-girlfriend Nadine Lustre was never truly close friends with the Pressman sisters, Issa and Yassi.
However, fans were quick to bring up receipts, resurfacing old Careless Music posts that contradicted James’ claim. At the time, both Nadine and Issa were labelmates under the music company, and their friendship was publicly promoted as genuine.
As online debates reignited, Issa remained silent about the issue and instead focused on her music. She recently teased her upcoming single ‘Love Me Hard,’ set for release on October 22, describing it as a song about self-love and finding real love.
“While creating the song, there was an image in my head of a flower blooming from deep struggles to finding self-love that leads to meeting real love. You attract the kind of love you radiate,” Issa shared on social media.
She also previewed a line from the track: “Can you love me hard even with my scars? If loving is easy, then how do we know this love is worth fighting for?”
Despite her efforts to shift focus toward her music, some netizens continued to flood her posts with criticism, mocking her upcoming release and referencing Nadine’s past songs.
Comments like “The single we never asked for” and “Let’s stream Nadine’s songs instead on October 22” have filled her comment sections, with others reviving old JaDine fan sentiments by calling Issa “the stepmom.”
