‘It’s Showtime’ host Jackie Gonzaga expressed her gratitude to her manager Vice Ganda, describing the Unkabogable Star as both perfectionist and nurturing.

In her recent guesting on ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’ alongside fellow co-host Cianne Dominguez, Gonzaga opened up about what it’s like to have Vice as her mentor and manager.
“Siyempre po may pressure, Tito Boy. Kasi si Ate Vice, perfectionist. Talagang sarado, kuwadrado, perfectionist.
Dominguez, meanwhile, praised Jackie for being a reliable friend and guide in ‘It’s Showtime’.
Gonzaga’s relationship with Vice as her manager has also been highlighted in viral moments outside of the show. In 2024, a video of her dancing to Tyla’s ‘Water’ at a bar in La Union circulated online. The next day, Vice messaged her out of concern after the clip spread widely.

Sabi ko, ‘Ate, nasa Elyu (La Union) ako, I’m with my friends.’
She clarified that Vice wasn’t angry but simply reminded her to be more cautious as a public figure. “Sabi niya, okay lang naman to enjoy. Be careful ka lang.”
Gonzaga said she appreciated the reminder. Sabi ko, ‘Thank you Ate. Yes, next time talagang mag-iingat na talaga ako.’”
