Kris Aquino responded to Anjo Yllana’s recent revelation that they allegedly had a three-week relationship and that she supposedly had another boyfriend at the time, clarifying on Instagram that the actor’s account was inaccurate.
In an Instagram post, Aquino said she and Yllana even celebrated their first monthsary, contradicting his claim that their relationship lasted less than a month.
“Anjo Yllana, you filled my room with pink balloons for our first monthsary,” she wrote. “He said we didn’t last three weeks because pinagsabay ko sila ni Robin. Wala siyang kasabay.”
Aquino then recounted an incident that she said contradicts Anjo’s version of events.
According to her, Yllana once drove her home to her mother’s house, where someone else—whom she referred to as “Mr. Surprise”—was waiting.
“Anjo, ano ba. We were outside my mom’s house, hinatid mo ‘ko — may naghihintay. It was a big surprise for me and you,” she said.
She added that Yllana left after telling the man, “Mukhang nakakagulo ako, FYI girlfriend ko siya, kahit feeling ko pag gising ko wala na.”
Aquino said she had just returned from a month-long trip abroad and went home to visit and bring pasalubong, but felt disrespected in front of the man waiting for her.
“Girlfriend mo harapan mong binabastos. You don’t trust her?” she said.
Aquino noted she was 21 years old at the time, while Yllana was 23 or 24, and the other man was also 23.
In a previous interview, Yllana claimed he once saw flowers in Aquino’s home that allegedly came from Robin Padilla—leading him to believe he was one of three men courting or dating Kris at that time, alongside Padilla and Aga Muhlach.
Aquino directly disputed this, reiterating that she did not have overlapping relationships.
As of this writing, Yllana has not publicly responded to Aquino’s clarification.
