Celebrity couple Loisa Andalio, 26, and Ronnie Alonte, 29, are officially engaged after nearly a decade of being together.
The news was confirmed by celebrity makeup artist RB Changco, who revealed the engagement on Instagram on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
This came shortly after Loisa posted a close-up photo of herself holding her dog—where fans immediately noticed a large diamond ring on her finger. The actress offered no caption, prompting speculation online.
RB ended the guessing game by posting a short video showing a woman wearing an engagement ring while holding a dog, confirming in his caption and comments that it was Loisa wearing the ring from Ronnie.
RB wrote: “Nine years, long but worth every moment. She finally said yes, and all you survived together shines in every sparkle of that diamond.
While so many drifted apart, you stayed strong.
R2, you got the girl of your dreams, the one your heart always held onto.
Thank you for letting me be part of this love story from day one. Here’s to the future as Mr. and Mrs. Alonte.”
RB also left a message on Loisa’s Instagram post: “Lois, you were always meant for a love this real.
R2, you gave her exactly the love she’s always deserved.
I love you both very much.”
RB and Ronnie are first cousins—RB’s mother and Ronnie’s father are siblings. In a 2017 episode of Magandang Buhay, the two shared that RB played a major role in Ronnie’s entry into showbiz by helping him secure early bit roles.
Ronnie, meanwhile, has always expressed his gratitude: “Sobrang laki ng tinulong sa akin nitong si RB, wala na akong masasabi. Di ko alam kung paano ko siya mapapasalamatan sa lahat ng ginawa niya sa akin.”
Ronnie rose to fame as a housemate on ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7’ in 2017, while Loisa joined ‘Pinoy Big Brother: All In’ in 2014. Their careers under Star Magic led them to work together on several projects, eventually developing into a long-term relationship.
