Melai Cantiveros-Francisco is back for another round of candid conversations and comedy as ABS-CBN’s hit Bisaya talk show ‘Kuan on One’ enters its fourth season, which premiered on November 25.

During the show’s media conference, Melai shared her gratitude for the continued support that allowed the online talk show—known for its Bisaya language and relatable storytelling—to grow stronger each season.
“Lahat ng ito ay sa ‘kuanizens’ na nanonood talaga. Lalo na ‘yung mga hindi Bisaya pero nanonood pa rin at umaasa lang sa subtitle. Thank you so much talaga. Kayo ang dahilan kung bakit nandito na tayo sa season four,” she said.
The host also expressed excitement for the new season’s guest lineup, noting how much she enjoys hearing the personal and often emotional stories shared during each interview.
“Sobra akong excited dahil alam ko talaga na maraming matutuwa at maraming mai-inspire sa ating new set of Bisaya celebrities na-iinterviewhin natin. Madaming revelations. Hinahayaan ko sila kung ano ‘yung gusto nilang ikwento at kung saan sila excited,” she added.
The season opened with actress Beauty Gonzalez as the first guest, with upcoming episodes featuring Matteo Guidicelli, AZ Martinez, and other Bisaya personalities from various fields.
Melai also acknowledged how the show has managed to appeal to a wider audience—even non-Bisaya viewers who rely on subtitles but continue to follow the program weekly.
Apart from show updates, the ‘Kuan on One’ host briefly commented on national issues, particularly the corruption controversies dominating headlines.
“Wala talagang matutuwa sa mga nangyayaring corruption. Lahat tayo nanggigigil at kumukulo ang dugo. Kung pwede lang maging wild tayo. Pero hindi naman natin alam saan tayo magwa-wild,” she said.
‘Kuan on One’ streams on the ABS-CBN YouTube channel, leads the charts on iWantTFC, and releases a new episode every Tuesday.
