Kapuso actress Arra San Agustin shared her candid views on men who continue to watch pornographic videos even while in committed relationships, admitting that it is something she personally struggles to understand.

In the latest episode of the vodcast ‘Your Honor’ aired Saturday, January 17, Arra said she finds it difficult to process why men do this, especially from a woman’s perspective.

“Parang feel ko, may something in me na probably iniisip mo ibang tao. As a girl, parang hindi ko siya ma-accept,” she added.

Meanwhile, fellow Kapuso actor Mikoy Morales offered a different perspective, saying that masturbation while watching porn is not always driven by lust.

Mikoy’s statement echoed findings cited in a Men’s Health article, which referenced a 2004 study suggesting that men who ejaculated 21 times a month had a lower risk of developing prostate cancer compared to those who did so less frequently. However, the discussion also acknowledged that excess of anything can still be harmful.

During the same episode, Arra also shared her thoughts on infidelity, saying insecurity is often the root cause of cheating.

“Ako feeling ko puno’t dulo niyan insecurity talaga, e,” Arra said.

Or sa pamilya mo…

She also recalled an experience involving someone she knew who cheated because she could not bring herself to end the relationship.

“Parang, naawa siya… wala siyang balls to say what she truly feels. Iba-iba nga kasi ‘yung mga tao.”
