Speculation surrounding AZ Martinez and Ralph de Leon has intensified after the two were spotted being noticeably sweet during a recent vacation in Siargao.
The pair traveled to the popular island destination with friends Kira Balinger and Vince Maristela, but netizens could not help noticing what many described as “galawang magdyowa” between AZ and Ralph.
According to onlookers, the two appeared inseparable throughout the trip. They were reportedly seen partying at a bar where Ralph gave AZ a back hug that drew kilig reactions from those around them. They were also spotted riding a single motorbike together, with AZ riding behind Ralph, seemingly unfazed by the attention they were getting.
Fans who encountered the group also praised the pair for being approachable, noting that despite having their own moments, AZ and Ralph were accommodating to fans who asked for photos.
The two first sparked romance rumors during their stint inside the ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition’ house, where viewers initially felt that AZ was more openly expressive of her feelings. After leaving the house, however, fans observed that the two grew closer and more openly affectionate, fueling the rise of the “AzRalph” ship.
Online, supporters have begun calling on management to give the pair a joint project, similar to other popular fan-favorite pairings, believing that AZ and Ralph’s chemistry would translate well on screen.
Adding to the excitement, the two are set to appear together in the upcoming GMA Network–ABS-CBN collaboration ‘The Secrets of Hotel 88’, alongside some of their former housemates.
As of writing, AZ Martinez and Ralph de Leon have yet to directly address the dating rumors, maintaining that they are close friends.
