VinFast Philippines gathered members of the media, key opinion leaders, and industry partners for its Media Thanksgiving Event, themed “The Road We Share,” on January 15 at Palacio de Memoria in Parañaque City. The event served as a celebration of partnerships built over the past year and a preview of the brand’s direction as it moves into its next stage of growth in the Philippine electric vehicle market.
Set within the elegant halls of Palacio de Memoria, the evening carried a warm and reflective atmosphere. Guests were welcomed into a space that blended Vietnamese and Filipino cultural elements, creating an intimate setting for conversation, creativity, and collaboration. The relaxed ambiance encouraged meaningful exchanges among media colleagues, VinFast executives, and content creators.

The program featured interactive activities that allowed guests to engage on a personal level. Through “Lines of Meaning,” participants selected scriptures or symbolic messages and transformed them into handcrafted talismans. Another activity, “Shapes of Joy,” invited guests to create clay pieces, offering a moment of creativity and reflection amid the celebration.

A cultural dance performance highlighted the shared heritage and growing ties between Vietnam and the Philippines, drawing appreciation from the audience. The experience was further enriched by a curated selection of Vietnamese and Filipino dishes, giving attendees a taste of both cultures throughout the evening.

VinFast executives used the gathering to share insights into the brand’s progress and future plans. Media partners were formally welcomed by Mr. Will Duong, Vingroup Director of Global Communications; Madam Jessica Pham, Vingroup Chief of Global Communications; and Mr. Antonio “Toti” Zara, CEO of VinFast Southeast Asia.

Zara reflected on VinFast’s rapid growth in the local market, noting the brand’s transition from a newcomer to a recognized player in the electric vehicle sector.
“We are entering 2026 with strong momentum, built on the trust and support we have earned in the Philippines,” Zara said. “Our focus now is on expanding access, strengthening our ecosystem, and making electric mobility more accessible and reliable for Filipino drivers.”
