Veteran showbiz insider Cristy Fermin claimed that multiple cases have allegedly been prepared against Anjo Yllana by Tito, Vic and Joey (TVJ), the long-running noontime show ‘Eat Bulaga’, and comedian Jose Manalo.
In her YouTube program, Fermin cited an unnamed source who allegedly said the complaints are already “nakaplantilya na,” or drafted and ready for filing.
The reported cases supposedly include cyber libel in connection with statements made by Yllana on social media against the personalities involved.
“Meron po kaming source na nagsabing nakaplantilya na po lahat ‘yung demanda laban kay Anjo pero hindi po siya matagpuan. Nagtatago po ngayon si Anjo Yllana. Wala po siyang permanenteng address… NPA siya,” Fermin said in her vlog.
She further claimed that TVJ and ‘Eat Bulaga’ allegedly chose to let the Christmas and New Year season pass before proceeding with the filing of more than three cases.
“Nagtatago siya ngayon eh ilang buwan nang nakararaan pagkalakas-lakas ng kanyang loob na wasakin talaga ng Tito, Vic and Joey… ang dabarkads at ang programang nakasama siya ng dalawang dekada,” she added.
“Nagtatago ka ngayon, ganyan ba ang taong matapang?” Fermin said.
As of this writing, there has been no official confirmation from TVJ, ‘Eat Bulaga’, Jose Manalo, or Anjo Yllana regarding the alleged complaints. Yllana’s camp has yet to issue a formal statement, and his side remains open for comment.
