The All-In-One Crispy Challenge, presented by Knorr Professional and hosted by brand ambassador Ninong Ry, took place on January 28, 2026, at WhiteSpace Manila, marking the official launch of the Knorr Professional Breading Mix through a high-energy, kitchen-focused experience built around flavour, speed, and crunch.

The venue transformed into a live culinary playground where frying stations, tasting tables, and sound meters brought the new breading mix to life. From the moment chicken hit the oil, the difference in preparation was already visible—fewer steps, less mess, and faster turnaround compared to traditional breading methods. Golden, evenly coated chicken came out of the fryer in record time, filling the space with the aroma of freshly fried comfort food.

Energy remained high as interactive challenges turned product testing into entertainment. The Knorr Professional vs. Traditional Prep challenge showed side-by-side frying, where the new mix delivered cleaner workspaces and more consistent results. The Cost-Efficiency Challenge invited participants to judge low-, medium-, and high-cost chicken samples, revealing that great taste and texture did not always belong to the most expensive option. The Crunch Test became a crowd favourite, with sound meters capturing the sharp crack of each bite, proving which coating delivered the loudest and most satisfying crunch.
Beyond the games, the experience made one message unmistakable: professional-quality fried chicken no longer needs complicated procedures. The Knorr Professional Breading Mix demonstrated how kitchens can save time, reduce waste, and still achieve bold flavour and maximum crispiness.
