Internationally recognized Filipino tattoo artist John Eric Basilio officially launches his signature ink line in collaboration with Xtreme Tattoo Inks, introducing the Basilio Pop Art Set, a bold 10-color collection inspired by his journey, artistry, and signature style.

Known for his striking street pop art tattoos, Basilio has built a reputation for creating vibrant, high-impact pieces that combine strong color work with graphic precision. But behind the recognition is a story that resonates with many artists. He started from humble beginnings in the Philippines, even building his first tattoo machine from scratch, driven purely by passion and determination to learn the craft.

Over the years, that passion evolved into a career that has taken him across international tattoo conventions, earning awards and recognition while continuously refining his style. Today, now based in the United States, Basilio brings that same energy and authenticity into his collaboration with Xtreme Tattoo Inks.

The Basilio Pop Art Set is a reflection of that journey.

The 10-color set features Basilio’s personal go-to palette, carefully selected from the exact tones he has used throughout his career. Each color is designed to deliver strong saturation, smooth application, and long-lasting vibrancy across different skin tones. The set is built for artists who want to create work that stands out, whether in street pop art, neo-traditional, or other bold color styles.

The collection includes the following colors: Araw, Ginto, Kahel, Apoy, Kango, Yelo, Sanlibo, Bughaw, Dagat, and Kalawakan. Together, they form a complete spectrum that allows artists to push contrast, depth, and creativity without limitation.

“This set is very personal to me,” Basilio shares. “These are the colors I’ve trusted through every stage of my journey. From where I started to where I am now, this palette represents my style and how I want my work to be seen.”

Xtreme Tattoo Inks, known for producing high-quality professional pigments, worked closely with Basilio to ensure that each color meets the demands of modern tattooing. The inks are formulated for consistent flow, high pigment load, and reliable healing results, making them suitable for a wide range of techniques and skin types.

With the release of the Basilio Pop Art Set, both Basilio and Xtreme aim to inspire artists to embrace bold color, take creative risks, and stay true to their artistic identity.

The Basilio Pop Art Set is now available through the official Xtreme Tattoo Inks website, and will soon be available in Osus Tattoo Supplies for its Philippine release.
