The primetime television battle continues to intensify as ‘Never Say Die (NSD)’ maintained its advantage over ‘The Alibi.’

While both series managed to sustain their audiences, ‘Never Say Die’ continued to dominate the matchup with consistently stronger ratings throughout the week according to the most recent rating reports from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey.
On Monday, April 20, NSD landed on the overall number 3 spot of the ratings board scoring 6.7 percent, leading ‘The Alibi’ by 2.9 percent at 3.8 percent.
The following day, Tuesday, April 21, NSD maintained its position recording a slightly lower rating of 6.5 percent. ‘The Alibi’ on the other hand maintained its 3.8 percent at number 10.
On Wednesday, April 22, the Kapuso primetime series made a quick recovery, posting higher rating of 7.1 percent sustaining its number 3 position on the overall ratings chart. In contrast, ‘The Alibi’ dropped by 1 spot to number 11, posting a rating of 3.4 percent.
On Thursday, April 23, NSD further improved, earning a rating of 7.8 percent and still maintained its number 3 ranking while ‘The Alibi’ further dropped to number 14 with 2.9 percent ratings.
Despite fierce competition across networks, ‘Never Say Die’ continued to outperform ‘The Alibi,’ solidifying its position as one of the stronger-performing primetime dramas in the current ratings race. Factor also is the absence of strong Kapamilya first slot program previously held by ‘Batang Quiapo’ which gave way to GMA Network’s primetime program to dominate the whole primetime race.
