AXON Group has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Ayala Land Offices (ALO) covering the former Teleperformance Center along Ayala Avenue, marking a significant step in AXON’s push to deliver next-generation workspace environments for enterprise occupiers in key business districts.

The partnership will support the development of a modern workspace environment for enterprise occupiers in the Makati CBD.
The project puts AXON’s vertically integrated operating workplace delivery model into practice, bringing strategy, design, construction, fit-out, leasing support, and workspace operations under one platform. By managing these functions together rather than through separate vendors, AXON aims to reduce coordination gaps, accelerate execution, and deliver office environments that can adapt to evolving enterprise needs.
Located in Makati’s prime central business district, the former single-tenant BPO facility will be transformed into a modern workspace environment designed for enterprise occupants seeking greater flexibility, operational reliability, and a higher-quality workplace experience.
