Social media personality Zeinab Harake has finally addressed allegations linking her to the ongoing BTS concert ticket controversy, firmly denying claims that she purchased or hoarded a large number of tickets for the K-pop supergroup’s upcoming Philippine concerts.
The issue erupted online as frustrated BTS fans struggled to secure tickets for the group’s highly anticipated return to the country in 2027. Amid the ticket-selling frenzy, several celebrities and influencers became the subject of speculation, including Zeinab and fellow television personality Vice Ganda.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Zeinab directly responded to the rumors.
“Tama na sa mga fake news n’yo guys,” she wrote.
The vlogger also jokingly pointed out how frequently she has been dragged into online controversies lately.
“As in favorite n’yo talaga ako lately no?”
Addressing claims that she supposedly acquired dozens of tickets, Zeinab dismissed the allegations and emphasized that such a scenario would not even be possible under current ticketing rules.
“Hehe kung puwede man bumili ng 50 tickets automatic, pamimigay ko pa ‘yan sa mga legit na ARMY fans. Kaso di po puwede ‘yun,” she said.
The content creator added that she is currently abroad and focused on spending time with her family rather than monitoring social media rumors.
“Nasa Europe ako, nagawang bata, brb po lablab,” she added.
The controversy stems from widespread frustration among Filipino ARMYs after tickets for BTS’ two-night concert quickly sold out. As disappointment mounted, social media became flooded with accusations, conspiracy theories, and speculation regarding alleged VIP allocations, reserved seats, and special access arrangements.
However, no evidence has surfaced linking Zeinab to any ticket-hoarding activity.
The concerts are scheduled for March 13 and 14, 2027, at the Philippine Sports Stadium, marking BTS’ long-awaited return to the Philippines.
