TikTok, the leading destination for short-form mobile video, kicked off its 2026 flagship beauty campaign, TikTok Beauty Fest, with Own Your Beautiful: The Glow Up Masterclass. Now in its second year, TikTok Beauty Fest continues to celebrate the many ways Filipinos discover, express, and define beauty through creators, community, and creativity.

Designed to celebrate the evolving Filipino beauty landscape, the exclusive preview transformed online beauty inspiration into an immersive, hands-on experience where attendees explored skincare, makeup, and content creation alongside some of TikTok’s most influential beauty creators.

Own Your Beautiful: The Glow Up Masterclass offers an exclusive preview of this year’s TikTok Beauty Fest, bringing together creators, beauty brands, media, and communities to celebrate Filipino beauty through creativity, self-expression, and discovery.

“Beauty on TikTok has evolved into more than just trends or tutorials–it has become a space where people can express themselves authentically and confidently, discover products that work for them, and connect with beauty communities around the world,” said Zhi Wei Sok, General Manager, Global Business Solutions, Singapore and Philippines at TikTok. “Through TikTok Beauty Fest, we’re bringing together creators, brands, and communities to celebrate the many ways Filipinos define beauty while creating experiences that inspire discovery both on and off the platform.”

Empowering creators to shape beauty conversations

With 80% of beauty enthusiasts on TikTok in the Philippines using the platform to discover and find information about brands and products, TikTok has become a destination where communities shape trends, exchange honest reviews, and celebrate beauty in all its forms. Creators also play a significant role in driving discovery and purchase, with more than half of beauty fans saying they are likely to follow creator recommendations.

Creator Gia Abao shares her insights on confidence, self-expression, and content creation during the Glow Up Masterclass, inspiring attendees to embrace their individuality through beauty.

One creator who shared her journey during The Glow Up Masterclass was Gia Abao (@gianna.abao), who opened with a beauty and confidence talk. A content creator and speaker known for her educational videos about public speaking, communication, and confidence building, Gia shared tips that encouraged attendees to embrace individuality with confidence through beauty and content creation.

The event also featured a panel discussion titled, “Beauty Beyond the Shelf: How Communities, Creators, and Commerce are Shaping the Future of Beauty,” with representatives from partner brands Unilever and Dermorepubliq. The discussion explored how brands are collaborating with creators and communities to build trust, spark authentic conversations, and redefine beauty discovery in today’s digital landscape.

Beauty creator Pau “Chikana” Pelaez brings beauty inspiration to life through the Glow Up Masterclass: Own Your Beautiful, where participants recreate her signature look while learning skincare tips, practical makeup techniques, and confidence-building advice.

Finally, beauty creator Pau “Chikana” Pelaez (@paupelaez_) led attendees in the main Own Your Beautiful: The Glow Up Masterclass. Participants followed Pau through her personal skincare preparation routine featuring beauty products from TikTok Shop before recreating her signature makeup look during the interactive Chikana Makeup Challenge. Throughout the session, host and beauty creator Bello Rodolfo (@bellerodolfo) accompanied Pau as she shared practical beauty techniques, creator tips, and confidence-building advice while encouraging participants to embrace their unique features and express themselves authentically through beauty.

Transforming beauty discovery into immersive experiences

Featuring products from leading beauty and skincare partners, the masterclass demonstrated how creators, communities, and commerce come together to help users confidently discover products that suit their needs and preferences.

The event also showcased Beauty fans’ high engagement with TikTok Shop, with 86% using TikTok Shop features and 69% purchasing through live commerce. TikTok Shop blends inspiration and entertainment, bringing together engaging shoppable videos, affiliate content, and LIVE selling, helping beauty enthusiasts discover new products on the platform.

Through TikTok Beauty Fest: Own Your Beautiful, TikTok continues to empower creators, foster authentic communities, and create experiences that celebrate the diversity of Filipino beauty, extending beyond the For You Feed and transforming inspiration into meaningful connections both online and offline.

TikTok Beauty Fest: Own Your Beautiful will be held on July 18, 2026

TikTok invites beauty enthusiasts to experience TikTok Beauty Fest: Own Your Beautiful on July 18, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the One Ayala Activity Center, Makati City. The one-day celebration will feature creator meet-and-greets, interactive beauty experiences, exclusive brand activations, and exciting TikTok Shop offers, bringing together the best of beauty discovery, creativity, and community in one immersive event.

All Data is GWI, 2026. Philippines respondents, age 18+. All insights pertain to TikTok users in the Philippines interested in Beauty/Cosmetics and Skincare based on self-reported usage of monthly or greater frequency.
