Globe is strengthening its commitment to the youth and their innovation opportunities through Globe Launchpad 2026, a platform under the Globe Student Program that helps youth-led organizations turn bold ideas into real-world solutions. Bringing together 120 student leaders from 50 organizations nationwide, the program provides mentorship from Globe experts, live pitching opportunities, funding, and access to Globe 5G and AI-enabled tools to help participants create meaningful impact in their campuses and communities.
Globe leaders join student innovators at Globe Launchpad 2026, where youth-led organizations gain mentorship, funding, and access to Globe 5G and AI-enabled tools to bring their ideas to life.
The program offered participants hands-on learning experience that mirrors real-world innovation. Through mentorship sessions and live pitching, student organizations refined their proposals with guidance from Globe leaders across marketing, communications, human resources, partnerships, and business units, gaining practical insights to strengthen their proposed bright concepts and initiatives.
“Students have some of the most innovative ideas. What they often need is an opportunity to sharpen those ideas, receive meaningful guidance, and bring them to life,” said KD Dizon, Globe Chief Marketing Officer. “Through Globe Launchpad, we’re investing in the next generation of changemakers and pioneers by giving them access to Globe 5G, AI-enabled tools, mentorship, and hands-on experiences that prepare them to create solutions with real impact.”
Held at Globe Telecom Plaza in Mandaluyong City, Globe Launchpad combined mentorship and live pitching to simulate a real-world innovation process. Student organizations presented proposals addressing education, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital inclusion, sustainability, creative industries, and community development, demonstrating how Globe 5G and artificial intelligence can help expand the reach and impact of their initiatives.
Following the presentations, Globe awarded grants to 12 student organizations under the Grand Visionary, Strategic Partner, and Emerging Partner categories. The winning proposals will receive funding to help bring their ideas to life and deliver meaningful outcomes for their schools and communities.

Beyond the competition, participants also explored Globe’s student-focused products and offers, including Globe 5G, GFiber Prepaid, Go+99 with Canva AI, Globe Rewards, and exclusive student perks.
An online pitching leg will also soon give student organizations from other regions the opportunity to present their ideas to Globe experts and benefit from the same mentorship and learning experience.
