Content creator and entrepreneur Rosmar Tan has shared the heartbreaking news that she suffered a miscarriage, revealing that what was supposed to be a joyful ultrasound appointment ended with doctors informing her that her unborn baby no longer had a heartbeat.

Tan disclosed the loss through a series of emotional posts on TikTok and Facebook on Aug. 1, where she recounted the devastating experience she and her husband, Jerome Pamulaklakin, went through.

The couple had been looking forward to hearing their baby’s heartbeat and beginning the process of finding out the baby’s gender through a non-invasive prenatal test (NIPT).

Instead, doctors told them that the pregnancy had stopped developing at around six weeks.

“Today was supposed to be the day of my ultrasound to hear your heartbeat, but instead, I found out you were gone. You stopped growing at six weeks.”

“Today was also supposed to be when they drew my blood to find out your gender so we’d know in three weeks. I guess it’s just not the right time for me to be a mom of four.”

Tan also shared her baby’s ultrasound image along with a heartfelt message.

“You were only here for a moment, but you will stay in my heart forever.”

She revealed that she and her family had already begun preparing for the baby’s arrival, including plans for a gender reveal celebration.

Amid the family’s grief, Tan also addressed social media rumors claiming that she had intentionally terminated the pregnancy.

In a Facebook post, she shared a screenshot of a comment alleging that she and her husband had gone to a clinic in Laguna to have the pregnancy aborted and had supposedly paid doctors to conceal the truth.

Tan categorically denied the accusation.

Hanggang kelan nyo kami gagawing masama? Labas nyo ebidensya kung meron. Kung totoo.”

She said she could never intentionally harm her unborn child and described how devastated her husband was after receiving the doctor’s diagnosis.

Walang heartbeat. Hindi nadevelop.'”

Tan also revealed that she endured the side effects of medication prescribed to help sustain the pregnancy, including severe acne on her face, neck, and back.

She ended her post by condemning the spread of false information about her family.

Tan’s posts were met with an outpouring of condolences and messages of support from followers, who offered prayers and comfort as she and her family mourn the loss of their unborn child.
