Inoue Health and Wellness Clinic blends personalized care with regenerative wellness in Quezon City

Last Sunday, August 2, I attended the official launch of Inoue Health and Wellness Clinic along Timog Avenue in Quezon City, conveniently located just across the GMA Network complex.

Despite the heavy afternoon rain, curiosity got the better of me—and I’m glad it did.

I wasn’t able to try any of the clinic’s treatments during the launch, but after seeing the facility and hearing its philosophy, I’m already planning a return visit. As someone who’s becoming increasingly conscious of my thinning hair, their hair restoration treatments are definitely at the top of my list.

The launch featured a brief media conversation with the clinic’s owners, who shared that they personally underwent almost all of the treatments offered before opening the clinic. It was their way of ensuring every procedure is not only effective but also safe before recommending it to future clients.

Founded by CEO Jiane Yu and Chief Operating Officer John Mark Calinao, Inoue Health and Wellness Clinic was built around a simple yet often overlooked idea: receiving healthcare should feel just as comforting as the treatment itself.

The clinic’s name, “Inoue,” reflects that vision.

According to Yu, it was inspired by Japanese wellness principles and symbolizes “life springing upward,” representing the clinic’s commitment to helping people improve not only their appearance but also their overall quality of life.

“We really treat each client differently,” Yu explained. “It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach.”

That philosophy extends to how treatments are recommended.

“We don’t believe in hard selling,” she added. “We only recommend the treatments that our patients actually need.”

In an industry where promotional packages often take center stage, Inoue places greater emphasis on proper consultation before suggesting any procedure.

Rather than encouraging clients to undergo multiple treatments, Inoue’s physicians create customized wellness plans based on individual needs and medical assessments.

Its services include: Customized IV nutritional therapy, Hair restoration treatments, Laser procedures, Skin rejuvenation, RF lifting, Collagen remodeling, Microneedling, Regenerative therapies and Longevity-focused wellness programs. The clinic also emphasizes patient education, helping clients understand how treatments work before deciding whether they’re appropriate.

One of the clinic’s most striking features is its atmosphere.

Instead of the cold, clinical environment often associated with medical facilities, Inoue feels more like a boutique wellness spa. The interiors are warm, welcoming, and intentionally designed to make clients feel relaxed from the moment they walk in.

According to Calinao, this hospitality-driven approach helps reduce anxiety while making patients more comfortable throughout their treatments.

The clinic is also strategically located inside the Caswynn Building along Timog Avenue—one of Quezon City’s busiest entertainment and media districts. Being directly across the GMA Network complex makes it easily accessible to media personalities, professionals, and residents looking for aesthetic and wellness services.

Although I wasn’t able to personally experience any of the treatments during the grand launch, seeing the clinic firsthand gave me confidence in its approach.

What impressed me most wasn’t just the modern equipment or extensive treatment menu, but the owners’ willingness to personally test the services before offering them to clients. That level of confidence says a lot about how seriously they take safety and quality.

And yes, as someone who’s becoming increasingly concerned about hair loss, I’ll definitely be coming back to check out their hair restoration program.
