Recently, Kapamilya TV series “The Blood Sisters” went viral online after an editing blooper was uploaded online by a netizen.
A Facebook user named, Keith Lim posted the video clip that shows the editing glitch of the said episode.
“The Blood Sisters” features the life of triplets Erika, Carrie, and Agatha that are all played by Erich Gonzales. In the video clip, Erich’s characters Carrie and Erika meet the former’s boyfriend Samuel portrayed by Enchong Dee. As Erika enters the scene and as Carrie moves closer to her, Carrie’s right arm suddenly faded.
Keith wrote in his post, “Dili perfect pagka edit. Ayuha pod ninyo Dreamscape oi! Naputol ang arm ni Carrie pag sud ni Erika…” (Hindi perfect ang pagka-edit. Ayusin niyo naman Dreamscape! Naputol ang braso ni Carrie nung pumasok na si Erika.)
The said viral post already garnered thousands of like and shares from netizens. While many of them threw negative comments to the uploader for his harsh words for the new Kapamilya series.
In his latest FB post, Keith revealed that he is now blocked in the said social media site for three days, according to him, ABS-CBN and Dreamscape requested him to immediately remove the video.
On his post, he expressed his disappointment that voicing his keen observance and opinion resulted in him to be blocked on Facebook.
Despite raising awareness through being a keen observer, the netizen unconsciously stirred up other netizens. Sometimes, we just need to be careful of the words we use to avoid misunderstanding and further problems.
