- ‘Eerie’ passes Php 100 million mark in local box office revenues
After getting Php 75 million in 7 days, Star Cinema’s ‘Eerie’ already breached the Php 100 million mark, after 10 days in cinemas nationwide. The horror-thriller movie starring Charo Santos-Concio and Bea Alonzo has already earned Php 102,281,593.18 as of April 5, 7:00pm.

Set in the 1990s, the film centers on a clairvoyant counselor (Bea Alonzo) who investigates a student’s death. The student, at shown on the trailer, appears to have taken her own life, with her ghost lingering around the halls of the school.
Also starring Jake Cuenca and Maxene Magalona, the movie is directed by “Birdshot” director, Mikhail Red.
