For those who are not yet familiar with how a prepaid card works, it functions the same way as debit and credit cards, except you don’t have to open a bank account. Cardholders can replenish their balance in UnionBank branches, Robinsons Department Stores, and TouchPay kiosks in Mercury Drug stores, Ayala Malls, Sky Cable branches, and Shell, Petron, and Total service stations nationwide.
