July 15th, 2020 – Singapore – Rising hip-hop artist Blxst is back with a new single and video for “Slip & Slide (feat. 1TakeJay)”, out today on all streaming platforms. Following his recent single “My Emotions”, “Slip & Slide” serves as an upbeat anthem that is perfect for summer. Mixed and produced by Blxst, the single showcases Blxst’s vocals, as well as his diverse musical talents.

Blxst most recently appeared on Mozzy’s single “I Ain’t Perfect” and Bino Rideaux’s “Brand New”. However, the accomplished Los Angeles native has already gained notoriety from working with and producing for artists such as Eric Bellinger, Kendrick Lamar, YG, Mozzy, and more.
Blxst began his solo music career in Los Angeles in 2015, writing, producing, and honing his sound. He’s been unstoppable ever since, releasing his first single “Who Would’ve Thought” in 2016, which hit over 1,000,000 streams on Spotify, and later “Hurt”, which surpassed 2,000,000 streams while being independent.
