Swedish alternative R&B enigma XANDY has today unveiled his debut single, “(in)xanity”, the sublime first offering from his upcoming debut project.
With shimmering guitar work, crystal synth lines and 24 karat songwriting, “(in)xanity” blends perfectly with XANDY’s characteristic vocals and optimistic touch. As a singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist, the understated talent has shaped his own melting pot of sound-carried feelings and futuristic notions into something immensely poetic.
Andreas “XANDY” Cavaco hit the industry with a smash a few years ago as one half of the acclaimed alternative soul duo Newtimers. The pair racked up millions of streams on their infectious and uplifting soul music, collaborating with dance music heavyweights including CAZZETTE and The Magician and even inking a deal with Capitol Records imprint Stellar Songs before going their separate ways. XANDY is the next chapter for Cavaco, who’s been quietly crafting his self-produced opus over the past few years and is now perfectly poised to share it with the world.
