After delighting netizens with his Rosas performance in Eat Bulaga!, viral Pinoy Henyo kid Ericson finally got to sit down with its composer and duet with her.
On Thursday, April 27, music artist Nica del Rosario shared a video of her and Ericson singing the full-length of the pink rally anthem Rosas.
In her tweet, del Rosario thanked the kid for the inspiration he brings after singing Rosas on the country’s longest-running noontime show.
“Salamat, Ericson sa inspirasyon na hinatid mo sa pag-awit ng Rosas. Masaya kaming nakilala ka namin, at mas masaya pa kami na binuo natin ang pag-awit mo nang magkasama.”
The singer-composer also hoped that Ericson would continue singing and be a constant symbol of hope and inspiration to many people.
“Sana ituloy mo lang ang pagkanta at pagiging simbolo ng pag-asa para sa marami. Mahal ka namin!”

Ericson went viral on social media after his surprising performance on Eat Bulaga!
In the show’s Pinoy Henyo segment on its April 21 episode, Ericson was asked by the hosts to share a sample talent performance before they started the game.
Clueless hosts were then surprised as he sang the Robredo-Pangilinan campaign song Rosas, which delighted some of the hosts like Paolo Ballesteros, Ryan Agoncillo, and Bianca Umali, who raised and waved their hands while the kid was singing.
