On May 4, Kapamilya actor-director Coco Martin announced the new journey for Tanggol in Batang Quiapo.
At the media conference for FPJ’s Batang Quiapo‘s new chapter, which LionhearTV covered, Martin revealed an action-packed and emotional plot for the series.
“Ayaw ko nga sanang sagutin dahil mas maganda sana surprise, kaya lang sige na, sa May 8, ito ‘yung pagtatagpo doon ng lahat ng bawat character. Dito na po magkikita-kita, dito na maglalaban-laban ang bawat grupo.”
He also promised viewers an explosive two weeks for the Kapamilya action-drama.
“Kaya sabi ko nga ‘yung May 8 talaga, sinadya namin talaga na buuin siya para pahitikin, at pasabugin ‘yung lahat ng mga characters sa bawat eksena. Two weeks tatakbo ‘yung plot na ano– from action to heavy drama. Kaya save the date.”
Martin also thanked those who supported the series and made it into a TV ratings success.
“Nagpapasalamat po kami sa lahat ng sumuporta at nagmahal sa Batang Quiapo. Sa simula’t simula pa. Kayo ang dahilan kung bakit naging maganda po ang kinalabasan po ng aming programa.
“At dahil po doon, madami pa rin po tayong mga kasamahan kahit papaano sa industriya na natutulungan para makabalik sa industriya na ‘to. Kaya thank you so much talaga, maraming maraming salamat sa lahat ng pagtulong at pagmamahal ninyo sa amin.”
Martin stars in FPJ’s Batang Quiapo with the Supreme actress Lovi Poe.
The Kapamilya action-drama features a stellar cast with Irma Adlawan, Cherrie Pie Picache, John Estrada, Christopher de Leon, Charo Santos-Concio, Tommy Abuel, Mark Lapid, and many more.
Seasoned actress Lorna Tolentino also joins the cast with the new chapter of FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.
