In a surprising turn of events, the Philippines’ noontime shakeup is revolutionizing the Philippine television landscape.
On Tuesday, June 20, alongside the media conference and official agreement signing of TVJ with TV5, GTV and ABS-CBN announced their collaboration to simulcast ‘It’s Showtime’ on the sister channel of GMA Network starting July 1.
This decision came after TV5 bumped ‘It’s Showtime’ from its 12:00 PM timeslot to accommodate the newly transferred TVJ and the original Dabarkads.
Meanwhile, several Kapamilya personalities warmly welcomed the news of ‘It’s Showtime’ having a new home.
