Sunshine Dizon confronted a netizen who told her she became ‘laos’ or irrelevant after moving to ABS-CBN. An exclusive Kapuso star for two decades, Dizon became a freelance artist and began appearing on ABS-CBN shows in 2021. Her first project under ABS-CBN, is notably the Janine Gutierrez and Paulo Avelino-headliner, Marry Me, Marry You.

On X, user @AngManonood raved about Abot Kamay Na Pangarap star, Pinky Amador, but not without dragging Sunshine Dizon’s name. Amador currently plays the role of Moira Tayag in the top rating Kapuso daytime series, while Dizon plays Osang in the ABS-CBN/TV5 collab series, Pira-Pirasong Paraiso.
Given the Kapamilya show’s struggle to perform well in the ratings game, many continue to doubt the longevity of the series on air. It is also for such a reason that some ‘bashers’ of Dizon seem to believe the Encantadia star has already gone way her prime
As a response, Dizon expressed her happiness for Amador for becoming a household name through Abot Kamay Na Pangarap, but not without sharing her thoughts on popularity.
“Im happy for Tita pinky. why are you wasting your time on me? diba nga laos na ko sabi mo. Not everyone in this business is after fame dear may taong tulad ko na wala ng gustong patunayan masaya na ako that im able to create beautiful characters and be part of beautiful stories, “ she posted on X, explaining her gratitude for being a part of projects that tell meaningful stories.
The X user, however, went on and further asserted that Dizon lost her brilliance and relevance in ABS-CBN, suggesting the network failed to hype the actress due to not being in a love team.

As it became apparent the streak of negative comments from the said netizen would not stop, Dizon seemingly decided to walk away from the conversation. She gave it to her fans to deal with the netizen who even made mention of the estafa cases she is currently involved in.
