Fans of KathNiel (Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla) and Vice Ganda have joined forces to exert pressure on TV5, urging the network to sever ties with veteran columnist Cristy Fermin.
The collective call for Cristy Fermin’s removal comes in the aftermath of her recent comments on the alleged breakup of Kathryn and Daniel, as well as her direct confrontation with Vice Ganda following an incident on It’s Showtime.
Amidst the controversy sparked by Cristy’s statements, fans have initiated a campaign urging TV5 to disassociate itself from the veteran columnist.
The online movement asserts that Cristy Fermin’s show, ‘Cristy Ferminute,’ on TV5 has evolved into a platform consistently used to criticize and undermine artists without valid grounds.
Netizens expressed the sentimens requesting TV5 to remove Cristy Fermin from their network. According to them, she is like a termite that destroys the unity of Kapatid and Kapamilya! Some believes her show is filled with criticisms against artists.
