Weekend noontime ratings race also a close fight between ‘EAT…Bulaga’, ‘It’s Showtime’

The intense noontime competition spills over into weekends as ‘Eat…Bulaga’ and ‘It’s Showtime’ maintain closely matched ratings, with the recent Nielsen NUTAM People survey highlighting their neck-and-neck performance. Meanwhile, ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya’ lags behind in a distant third place.

On Saturday, February 3, ‘Eat…Bulaga’ secured a rating of 5.0 percent, claiming the 10th spot on the overall ratings chart. ‘It’s Showtime’ closely followed at number 11, with a rating of 4.6 percent. ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya’ placed…

The trend continues into the weekdays, where ‘Eat…Bulaga’ and ‘It’s Showtime’ maintain a narrow ratings gap.

On Monday, January 29, ‘Eat…Bulaga’ scored 4.6 percent, edging out ‘It’s Showtime’ by 0.1 percent, which garnered 4.5 percent.

The following day, Tuesday, January 30, ‘Eat…Bulaga’ posted a rating of 4.3 percent, while ‘It’s Showtime’ scored 3.9 percent. The two noontime shows maintained their numbers on Wednesday, January 30, at 4.3 percent and 3.9 percent, respectively.

Thursday, February 1, witnessed another close ratings battle as ‘Eat…Bulaga’ obtained a rating of 4.2 percent, slightly ahead of ‘It’s Showtime’s’ 4.0 percent. On Friday, February 2, ‘Eat…Bulaga’ secured a rating of 4.7 percent, while ‘It’s Showtime’ registered 3.8 percent.
