The battle for the second primetime slot remains fiercely contested, with ‘Linlang’ and ‘Love.Die.Repeat (LDR)’ recording identical ratings.

In the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ‘Linlang’ and LDR found themselves sharing the leaderboard, both securing the same rating numbers.

On Thursday, February 15, the rival primetime series posted a rating of 8.9 percent, securing the 7th position in the overall ratings leaderboard.

Before the tied ratings, these two drama series traded positions in the timeslot throughout the week.

On Monday, February 12, the Kapuso series led with a rating of 8.5 percent, narrowly surpassing ‘Linlang’ by 0.1 percent at 8.4 percent, claiming the 7th and 8th spots on the overall ratings chart, respectively.

Tuesday, February 13, saw a significant comeback for the Kapamilya thriller-drama teleserye, scoring 9.7 percent, a 1.2 percent lead over LDR’s 8.5 percent. ‘Linlang’ and LDR secured the 6th and 7th positions in the ratings chart, respectively.

However, on Wednesday, February 14, LDR regained the timeslot leadership with a rating of 8.7 percent, surpassing ‘Linlang’s’ 7.5 percent by 1.2 percent.

It’s worth noting that ‘Linlang,’ like FPJ’s Batang Quiapo, faced interruptions in its A2Z airing schedule due to PBA coverage. Additionally, LDR’s numbers include delayed telecast ratings from GTV.
