Latest figures from AGB Nielsen NUTAM survey revealed “Alyas Robin Hood” winning it’s timeslot on its finale episode Friday February 24, 2017. The Dingdong Dantes led series scored 21.3% to end its run on 3rd place of the ranking, beating ABS-CBN’s “My Dear Heart” with 17.4% at number 6. Alyas Robin Hood was replaced by the AlDub’s teledrama “Destine To Be Yours.”
If “Alyas Robin Hood” was triumphant on its farewell episode, another program is victorious in beating erstwhile rival.
Kapamilya noontime show “It’s Showtime” has finally took the number one spot on Saturday daytime beating its prime rival “Eat Bulaga!”. After trailing for quite a long time, “It’s Showtime” has finally surpassed “Eat Bulaga!” in the ratings board 16.7% to 15.1%. This is the first time in recent memory that the Kapamilya noontime show has beaten GMA Network’s longest running afternoon variety program especially on a Saturday since Saturday daytime has been an “Eat Bulaga!” territory. Is the AlDub fever really over because it can no longer push “Eat Bulaga!” to the top? Will It’s Showtime maintain its grip on the daytime weekend crown? Let’s all see.
