The much-awaited gaming event of the year has now arrived in the Philippines as top digital services providers PLDT Home and Smart Communications Inc. named Clutch Gamers as the official representatives of the country to the main event of the Manila Masters at the SM Mall of Asia Arena from May 26-28.
Our team will be competing with seven of the world’s best teams. They are composed of top and professional Dota 2 players Khim “Gabbi” Villafuerte, Armel Paul Tabios, Rafael Sicat “Rappy” Palo, Marvin “Boombacs” Rushton, and Kenneth “flysolo” Coloma. They have already proven their spot in the tournament when they outsmarted over 3000 other teams nationwide.
The grand prize winner will be taking home the $250,000 prize pool and the coveted title of being the first-ever Manila Masters.
This event marks as one of the biggest in the name of Philippine e-sports. This is because of our Filipino gamers who consistently excel on the global map.
