In an interview on ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’, she addressed long-standing rumors about cosmetic surgery — particularly her nose.
“I think na-embrace ko kasi lahat ng insecurity ko, pero dati, ‘yung ilong ko po. Kaya nga sinasabi n’yo, retoke. Retoke? Insecurity ko nga ‘to,” she said. Ivana clarified that she’s never had it altered, and has no plans to. “Nadadala naman ito ng contour-contour na lang ‘yan.”
